I get to go around and take teacher temperatures every morning. Today a teacher with her kid (wearing his Trump hoodie) wanted to know how I felt about ‘being forced to perform pr stunts for my job’. I told her I’d rather know if the people I had to get within a foot of to beep for temperature had a fever or not. I’ve coughed three times today. I hate this.Not OP obviously, but I'm a middle school teacher in Louisiana and we are having in person school. No hybrid, nothing. There's a virtual school families can opt into, but we have 500 kids in the building, plus another 100 or so in staff. Teachers are already missing time to go get tested. 1 in 4 of my students just have not shown up. It's a disaster
