Yep. I caught my brother's then-3yo son falling out of a shopping cart once. I saw him stand up in the cart and immediately tensed up and planted my right foot, then he got shaky and went over and I barely even remember covering the roughly ten feet between myself and the cart. I caught him as I went to a feetfirst slide toward the cart. It was totally ninja (and I'm a fairly big guy and not particularly light on my feet) and of course no one else saw it happen.
