Thats is one thing, I have been lucky to be "good" at. For fun, when I was a kid if a nurse gave me a big pill with water, I would immediately swallow it; instantly giving them a little heart attack that I was about to choke or something. I had to start with bigger capsule or gel pills (like advil sized) and then once I got used to those, smaller ones were doable. I still had swallowing small pills, and sometimes I dont get the gulp or the head tilt right, and I hate it and I just let my mind feel the panic, but dont let it take over to where I'm actively panicking.
