Pick up a neat hobby that you're interested in, that produces something. Something useful, something artistic, something that's both. I'm in my twenties, and i love playing video games, but I'm going to sound like I'm a boomer when i say it's not all that fulfilling. Get a hobby with tangible results, that shows your progress. Honestly. I’m not 100% sure. Others can probably answer better, but for me getting into therapy and ironing out my demons helped a ton. I wish I would have done it way sooner.
