Can relate to the make up. I had rapunzel hair as a little girl that my mom would run a brush through (still resent it) and she would do the coolest braid. I tried braiding rope first then learned to do it on my hair. Then learned how to add peices to the three strands I had. Then learned how to part my hair and do unique braids. It's all about baby steps. Now don't ask me about makeup. If I don't look like heath ledger's joker or a drag queen than I did a good job.
