I agree with with decision but at the same time it breaks my heart because I live in Canada and all my family lives in the US and I'm expecting in May. It'll be the first time my mother isn't present for the birth of one of her grandchildren. I feel your pain. I had my child in July. My fiancé, the father of my child, was denied an exemption to the US to attend the birth of our child. We were supposed to marry in late March and we were going to start my paperwork to move to his country, Greece. My child is almost 3 months old now and because of Trump’s travel bans, no exemptions whatsoever, and the shitshow that is the US, my family cannot be together. My fiance will never get that time back with his son. I cry so much over what this monster “president” has done.
