My advice for any young person is to invest your time in whatever you do for fun and try to find a way to make a living that way. I’ve worked 70+ hours per week for years and have not made progress toward real fulfillment, only more money. If I had a 40 hour a week job and spent the other 30-50 hours pursuing music or art or education I would probably be in a much better place now in terms of both money and fulfillment. That’s my regret. I wasted most of my life. I feel too old to start over sometimes. It's a real struggle daily. I need to force myself out of this rut. I don't know where to start.
