Younger voters might be sort of informed and their heart might be in the right place but just basic rules and time frames might have just slipped on by. They probably work at jobs who frown upon taking time to vote on voting day and you lose pay and don't understand there's early voting. I wish instead of people canvassing for whatever candidate every year, there were people bipartisan canvassing to just say, "Hey do you know how to vote? Here's a link to the whole process and all jobs." Instead I get texts from local candidates and national candidates who say, "Hey help us defeat Trump." Talk about your platform, not Trump. If you want the younger vote, explain how way ahead of time.
