Sometimes the Catholic church does not represent the views of all Catholics in the same way the American government does not represent the views of all Americans. I agree with you that the Catholic Church is garbage and any candidate for Supreme Court should be questioned about her extremist religious views. but to say something like “all Catholics are anti-gay marriage and protect pedophiles” is pretty fucking anti-catholic.
