We are, yes. Our government in my province is trying to find a careful balance between life as normal (like schools being open) and keeping the numbers manageable. It's a dynamic situation...re-opening the border just isn't in anybody's best interest at the present moment. Also some provinces refuse to enact any meaningful restrictions, which is absolutely infuriating. Fucking do your jobs and pass some basic safety legislation already. They just had their Thanksgiving so it will be interesting to see if they will get a spike in Covid cases or not.
