By stopping to regret it, and just take use of my years now and here. (Something that really helps is filling up your 'empty' time, and having as little of it as possible. Empty time is for me personally watching TV and spending time on my phone, doing, well, nothing. I fill that up by knitting whilst watching TV, and thus, doing something useful. When I am on my phone, I try to do 'useful' things as well, and not just play stupid games. Things that make me feel fullfilled (such as: teaching people on the internet something new that I know stuff off, watching videos about life and other cultures, rather than empty soaps etc...)
