The weird thing is that in Canada it never got politicized. The Conservatives never called the pandemic (or vaguely referred to something surrounding the pandemic) as "a Liberal hoax". Jason Kenney didn't tell people to Liberate Calgary. Doug Ford wore a mask and told people to "stop being a bunch of yahoos". I'm an American and I believe this is a good idea. There are way too many ignorant, arrogant, and narcissistic people in this country to allow us to go anywhere until our "leadership" pulls their head out of their ass and actually tries to fix things.
